SCHEDULE OF PROGRAMS
Program schedules are based on the availability of our program consultants and lecturers. Therefore, there is no guarantee that all programs will be offered every month. For the latest training schedule, please message us on Facebook Messenger or Instagram.
RATES AND PRICES
Program Rates:
Regular Rate: P4,800
Early Bird Rate: P3,800
Re-enrollee Rate: P3,300
Note: To qualify for the Re-enrollee Rate, you must upload a copy of a previous certificate or ID. The P500 certification fee is not included in the enrollment rates.
Payment Methods:
Payment is processed through the online enrollment form, where you will be required to upload proof of payment. We accept GCash, bank transfers, "pera padala," and other convenient methods. Corporate bank account details are provided in the form.
No Refund Policy:
CPLR, INC. strictly implements a no-refund policy. Underpayments will result in non-enrollment. Overpayments will be credited as a deposit for future enrollments or requests.
DOWN PAYMENT SYSTEM (DPS)
• If you opt to use the down payment system (DPS), a down payment of P2,400 (50% of the regular rate) is required upon enrollment.
• The DPS is only applicable to the Regular Rate. Early Bird and Re-enrollee rates must be paid in full to be availed.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the final examination date. Failure to do so will convert the enrollment from a certification program to an ordinary seminar, and you will receive a certificate of attendance only upon full payment of the balance.
ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS
Upon Enrollment:
• One (1) valid photo ID card
• Proof of payment
• Optional: Proof of re-enrollee status (e.g., previous certificate or ID)
During Training:
• Proof of being a college student or graduate (e.g., diploma, OTR, school ID, etc.).
• For the Certified Junior Paralegal (CeJP) Program only: Proof of being a senior high school (SHS) student.
• A clear, professional 2x2 photo (formal attire, white background) for your passer's poster and passer's affiliation ID card.
• A clear image of your signature (black ink on white background) for your passer's affiliation ID card.
ENROLLMENT PROCESS
Enrollment is done online via Google Forms. Individual enrollment and identity verification are required. Bulk enrollments and/or payments are not permitted.
Enrollment Steps:
1. Access the form:
Use either the Long Link or Short Link.
2. Fill out the form:
Complete all required information and upload your valid ID and proof of payment.
3. Confirm via Email (Important):
Email our enrollment team at enroll@cplr.ph to finalize your enrollment. Use the subject line: ENROLLED: [YOUR NAME] [PROGRAM CODE] [BATCH CODE]

4. Include details in the email body:
Provide your enrollment email address, program/batch, payment amount, and payment type.

5. Await Confirmation:
You will receive an email from our team confirming your enrollment. Afterward, you will get another email with a link to the "program rollo," which contains all materials, meeting links, and reminders for your training.
After Enrollment (During Training):
• Prepare your professional 2x2 photo and digital signature for your ID.
• Prepare proof of college/SHS enrollment or graduation.
• Access the Application to Take Proficiency Assessment (ATPA) form (link to be provided) to upload these documents.
• Wait for further announcements.
ONLINE TRAINING
• CPLR, INC. lectures and examinations are conducted purely online.
• Lecture recordings will be available during the training period for those who are unable to attend live.
• Materials and examinations are accessible via Moodle, CPLR, INC.’s learning management system (LMS).
• There is no on-cam policy or off-cam policy during training sessions and during examinations.
• Attendance in the live sessions is not mandatory as the final determination of conferment lies in getting a passing grade (75.00%) in the final proficiency examination.
APPLICATION TO TAKE EXAMINATIONS
• The affiliation applicant (enrollee), through the Application to Take Proficiency Assessments (ATPA) and the online enrollment form, expresses his/her intention to take the proficiency assessment for the certification program applied for, offered by CPLR, INC.
• Such application and assessment are with the purpose of becoming an affiliate of CPLR, INC.
• Submission of the ATPA form and the enrollment form means conformity and shall constitute as electronic signature.
• Affiliation application through the ATPA form is pursuant to the enrollee-applicant’s freedom of association under the 1987 Constitution and subject to the standards of CPLR, INC. as the organization that admits affiliates (also known as “fellows”).
• Link to the ATPA form will be provided to enrollees during the training period.
ONLINE EXAMINATION
The type of assessments or examinations is subject to the sole and exclusive discretion of the Board of Examinations (BOEX). Thus, whether essay questions, multiple-choice questions, etc. will be used shall depend on the determination of the BOEX.
EXAM RETAKE POLICY
CPLR, INC.'s general policy is against exam retake. Nonetheless, for extremely meritorious and extraordinary circumstances, an enrollee who has failed to get a grade of at least 75.00% in any proficiency examination may (not automatically granted) be allowed to retake without the need to re-enroll, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors (BOD) and to the following terms and conditions:
(a) retake is only allowed twice; (b) re-exam fee is Php1,000.00; (c) re-exam schedule set by CPLR, INC.; (d) retake application is subject to approval.
Re-exam is not a matter of right but a matter of discretion on the part of CPLR, INC.
EXAMINATION RESULTS
• Examination remarks (whether passed or failed) are announced via your enrolled email address. Successful examinees are also posted on CPLR, INC.’s social media accounts.
• Results are released within seven (7) business days from the date of the examination.
• Examinees' examination scores or ratings will not be announced, except for the topnotchers of the batch.
• The written official notice of examination scores or ratings, signed by the ranking members of the Board of Examinations (BOEX), will be released along with your certificate.
• Please note that certification requests are subject to a separate fee of P500 which also covers the shipping costs.
PASSERS
Passers get the following: (a) a certificate of conferment; (b) an official notice of exam rating; and (c) an affiliation identification (ID) card.
• The certificate and the affiliation ID card are valid for two (2) years.
• Certification requests are subject to a separate fee of P500 which also covers the shipping costs.
AFFILIATION POST-NOMINAL TITLE
The affiliation postnominal designation titles “CePL,” “CeLR,” “CeRS,” “CeJP,” “CeHRS,” etc. are under the ownership, first use and good will of CPLR, INC. They are affiliation designations granted to enrollees who have garnered a grade of at least 75.00% in their final examinations, thus signaling their admission as affiliates of CPLR, INC.
• CPLR, INC. allows its affiliates to use such affiliation postnominal designation titles to symbolize their association and affiliation with its network of professionals. This is in the same way that members of the Society of Actuaries use the post-nominal title “FSA” to signal their fellowship with the Society, for example.
• In the same manner, if Juan A. Dela Cruz has been officially admitted as an affiliate of CPLR, INC., the latter allows him/her to signal his/her affiliation to the world of professionals as “JUAN A. DELA CRUZ, CePL,” "JUAN A. DELA CRUZ, CeLR," etc.
NON-PASSERS
Non-passers are denied admission to the Roll of Affiliates of CPLR, INC. Nevertheless, non-passers get the following: (a) a certificate of completion (for those who took the examinations but failed) or a certificate of participation (for those who did not take the examinations); and (b) an official notice of exam rating.
Certification requests are subject to a separate fee of P500 which also covers the shipping costs.
CERTIFICATES, ETC.
• Passers get: (a) a certificate of conferment; (b) an official notice of exam rating; and (c) an affiliation identification (ID) card.
• Non-passers who took the examinations but failed get: (a) a certificate of completion and (b) an official notice of exam rating.
• Non-passers who failed to take the examinations get: (a) a certificate of participation and (b) an official notice of exam rating.
• A certificate of attendance is granted to those who avail of the down payment system (DPS) but failed to pay the DPS balance with the time allowed, thereby automatically converting the certification program into an ordinary seminar. Full payment is still required for the issuance of a certificate of attendance.
SHIPMENT OF CERTIFICATES, ETC.
• Shipment of certificates, affiliation identification (ID) cards (if any) and notices of exam rating are expected to be completed within thirty (30) business/working days from the date of the examination. This is subject to force majeure, acts of God and other circumstances of the private courier handling the parcel, any delay or breach arising from which CPLR, INC. shall be free from any liability.
• You may request to track the shipment by emailing CPLR, INC. via the email enrollment thread or via the official chat group of your batch.
• Certification requests are subject to a separate fee of P500 which also covers the shipping costs.
AFFILIATION TERMS AND BENEFITS
The following are the terms and conditions of affiliation with CPLR, INC.:
• Code of Ethics: An affiliate shall be bound by the following code of ethics: (a) not to practice law unless already a lawyer; (b) not to take advantage of his/her knowledge and understanding of law and legal processes to the disadvantage of others; (c) not to injure or harm others; (d) to act with justice; (e) to give everyone their due; (f) to observe honesty and good faith; (g) to obey the laws; (h) to uphold the affiliation designation with honor and excellence; (i) to protect the prestige of the affiliation designation and the name of CPLR, INC.; (j) to acknowledge and give respect to the affiliation designation and competence of co-affiliates; (k) to act, in all aspects of life, with high regard for justice, equality, peace and public order; and, (l) to support the activities and programs of CPLR, INC.
• A successful applicant will be admitted as an affiliate of CPLR, INC. and will be entitled to the rights and privileges and subjected to the obligations of an affiliate as may be set herein by CPLR, INC. or future reasonable regulations.
• An affiliate shall pay no annual dues.
• In case of cancellation of affiliation, failure to return or surrender the certificate of conferment and/or the A-ID card within thirty (30) days from electronic sending of notice shall entitle CPLR, INC. to liquidated damages in the amount of P480,000.
AFFILIATION PERIOD
• An affiliate's affiliation with CPLR, INC. is valid only within two (2) years from conferment.
• The period of validity of affiliation shall be reflected on the affiliate's certificate of conferment and on his/her affiliation identification (ID) card.
• Renewal of affiliation is not mandatory. It is subject to the affiliate's option.
EXPIRATION AND RENEWAL
• For renewals, retraining with assessment is required, upon payment of renewal fees. Those with two or more affiliation certifications are allowed to renew only one of them and such renewal will result in the renewal of all affiliation certifications of the same affiliate.
• The renewal window is the last sixty (60) days of the period of affiliation.
• Failure to renew within six (6) months from expiry will remove the good-standing status of an affiliate, to be reflected on the official records of CPLR, INC. Failure to renew within the 6-month period from expiry will prompt the de-affiliation process, requiring him/her a written explanation within five (5) days from receipt of notice. Whenever proper, s/he will be de-affiliated and will be required to surrender the original copies of his/her certification/s and a-id card/s. De-affiliation shall affect all levels of an affiliate’s certification, even lifetime certifications.
LOSS OF CERTIFICATES, ETC.
• In case of loss or destruction of a certificate, affiliation identification (ID) card or notice of exam score, an affiliate may request its reissuance upon the filing of a notarized affidavit of loss.
• Requests for reissuance are processed via an affiliate's enrollment email thread with enroll@cplr.ph.
• Certification requests are subject to a separate fee of P500 which also covers the shipping costs.
ACCREDITATION
CPLR, INC.’s corporate purpose of conducting seminars, trainings, and certification programs and its objective of admitting affiliates have been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under Company Registration No. 2023070108599-01. Its roster of program consultants includes lawyers engaged in court litigation and those who teach as law school professors.
CPLR, INC. does not require any license or authority from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) because the paralegal profession, the legal research profession and other allied quasi-legal professions are not regulated by law or any licensure examination. Also, no license or authority is required from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), or the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Office (MCLEO) because paralegal and legal research functions are not within or under the jurisdiction of any of them.
CPD UNITS
Under Section 3(h) of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Act of 2016, "CPD credit unit refers to the value of an amount of learning that can be transferred to a qualification achieved from formal, informal or nonformal learning setting, wherein credits can be accumulated to predetermined levels for the award of a qualification." Thus, formal, informal, and nonformal learning settings, whenever relevant, are allowed or legally entitled to CPD credit units. Despite the above, it is internal policy not to comment on the proper computation or calculation of earned CPD units as CPLR, INC. leaves the same to the proper government authority.

BIR/TAX REGISTRATION
CPLR, INC. is registered with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) under OCN: 015RC20240000003100 (MARCH 18, 2024). Its Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Branch Code are 646-451-941-00000. CPLR, INC. issues cash invoices (colloquially known as “official receipts” [ORs]) and, as a rule, ships them along with the certificates. Digital copies thereof may be requested as advanced copies.
RE-ENROLLMENT
Re-enrollment entitles an enrollee to the re-enrollee rate which cannot be availed of at the same time with the down payment system (DPS).
